Lose Weight Again is a ninety-day, one-to-one, high-touch virtual mentorship. Not a course. Not an app. Not a group of two hundred women and a weekly livestream where you are a face in a grid. It is you and me, privately, rebuilding your body's responsiveness from a state of rest, until fat release becomes the natural result of a body that finally feels safe.
Over ninety days we install the full architecture together, all seven components, in the right order, tuned to your physiology and your life. You are not handed a protocol and left to execute. You are mentored through every step.
