  • Master nervous system regulation techniques to reduce chronic stress and emotional reactivity.

  • Address emotional eating, energy crashes, and overwhelm at the root.

  • Shift your inner narrative to rewrite old stories and reconnect with your personal power.

Goal: Create mental and emotional freedom so you’re no longer controlled by stress or old coping patterns.


Sessions 11–12: Embrace Your New Identity & Dream Bigger

  • Solidify your new habits and celebrate your transformation.

  • Reflect on your wins and expand your vision for what’s possible next.

  • Leave with the confidence, tools, and support to continue growing beyond the 90 days.

Goal: Establish a new baseline of wellness and say YES to the next level of your life and goals.
