My name is Page, and my journey toward becoming a Transformational Health Coach began at the lowest and most challenging season of my life. After a sudden, devastating divorce abruptly ended a 22-year chapter dedicated solely to family, I faced the terrifying reality of rebuilding my identity and securing a future for myself and my children. Initially, fear drove me toward a career in nursing—a path I thought would provide security—but deep dread overwhelmed me.

In the depths of that crisis, I heard a quiet but powerful call: “Don’t follow the dread. Follow the joy.”

That whisper became my compass.

 

In a courageous act, I chose to step away from nursing, determined to follow a deeper calling toward a life rooted in genuine joy and fulfillment. This pivotal decision led me to create my personal and professional brand, Follow the Joy.
Through my own transformational journey, I uncovered powerful insights into how limiting beliefs and self-doubt profoundly affect our health and wellbeing. As I learned to dismantle these internal barriers and embrace empowering truths about myself, a profound passion ignited within me—to guide others toward reclaiming their health and vitality during life's toughest transitions.
